Waiting upon the Lord

WAITING ON THE LORD Wait on the Lord, be strong and take heart and wait on the Lord." ~ Psalm 27:14 If you’ve experienced a storm in your life, whether it be loss of a loved one, health issues, financial trouble, relationship problems, addiction, or any host of other problems – you know how difficult it can be to be patient and wait for a resolution. Or if there is no resolution, to wait for the grief or pain to pass on by. What it Means to "Wait on the Lord" I love these, that when you’re waiting, you’re not doing nothing. You’re doing the most important something there is. You’re allowing your soul to grow up. If you can’t be still and wait, you can’t become what God created you to be. Some have lost their patiency by being so emotional and want to complete the journey before beginning it. Anybody that is emotional has a weak heart other than that one mentioned in the text. A weaker heart can't and will never wait upon the Lord. Our strength lies in our faith, and that faith that we can't create by ourselves, but it is diposited in us by God Himself. It is the same faith that when you do not have it, it becomes impossible not only to see but to please Him us well. It is that strength in our faith that enables us to mount like eagles towards and on top of the storm. So without the faith it becomes impossible to conquer our daily encounters when it comes to problems, for example what the whole world is facing today with Covid19. Now what we should do; We should buit up our strength in having faith in Jesus as we a approach the great day and this can only be accomplished in our daily dedication to His true word and doing what the word commands us to do, no matter our strives in life, no matter our afflictions, we should remain strong in faith. We can be weak in the physical body but we are strong spiritually. So today let you not be shaken by anything, let sickness, loss of beloved once, hunger, poverty nor being rejected in either your community or job place be a threat to your live. The faith built in you is greater than the calamities ahead of you. Hallelujah!!! Visit www.churchforallnations.co.ke www.church-for-all-nations.co.uk
